Regular Social Activities

The Southbay Social Committee sponsors monthly get-togethers, block parties, holiday parties, themed parties and progressive dinner/appetizer parties for residents of all ages. Sunsetters and Sunday Morning Coffee, two of the longest-lasting social groups in Southbay, meet weekly in the Clubhouse. Southbay’s Power & Sail Club, which boasts over 250 members, has monthly potlucks and provides opportunities for all members to get out on the water, whether you own a boat or not, with lunch cruises, picnics, and more.

Other Activities

Many informal groups welcome all residents to bike, fish, play tennis, Pickleball, golf, or join up for bridge, poker, mahjong, and much more. New activities organized by residents are frequently added to the mix.
